Rewild Your Family
Experience how hunter-gatherer ways can enhance your family's modern life
Description
Rewilding is about wildness. Wildness can be experienced anywhere from the deepest wilderness to the middle of a big city. It is the innate freedom we long to feel... Come with your whole family and experience how it would feel to live the way nature intended our human species to live: in small interconnected groups of hunter-gatherers. Learn how you can integrate hunter gatherer skills and connection practices into your daily modern life to enrich the experience of life as a family. In the experiential portion of the workshop, we'll spend time all together on the land practicing some seasonal gathering and crafting activities our location has to offer. A connective field will created by specific conduct agreements mirroring the gentle and attentive multi-generational interactions of peaceful hunter-gatherer people. In our evening session for the adults, we'll give you tools for bridging the gap between the hunter-gatherer life our biology is designed for and the reality of the times we find ourselves in. This is what we call becoming natural families...
